This Compensation Plan Disclosure (“Disclosure”) is provided to ensure transparency regarding how rewards, bonuses, and commissions are earned through participation in the MAGAbit platform.

MAGAbit offers a performance-based rewards program. Rewards are not guaranteed and depend entirely on individual effort, participation, and adherence to the Compensation Plan.


1. No Earnings Guarantee

MAGAbit does not guarantee that any participant will earn income. Any earnings examples, charts, or projections provided in training, marketing, or promotional materials are illustrative only and not promises of actual or future results.


2. Factors That Affect Earnings

Actual earnings depend on several variables, including:

  • Your personal activity level

     

  • Team-building and referrals (if applicable)

     

  • Membership status and duration

     

  • Participation in optional programs such as the Patriot Bonus Pool

     

  • Accuracy of wallet/payment information

     

  • Compliance with platform terms and compensation guidelines

Results will vary significantly from user to user.


3. Independent Status

All participants are considered Independent Bitcoin Owners and are not employees, partners, or agents of MAGAbit. You are responsible for managing your own business activities, taxes, and legal obligations.


4. Non-Investment Program

MAGAbit is not an investment platform. Commissions and bonuses are not returns on investment or profits from capital contributions. Rewards are earned solely through participation-based performance metrics defined in the MAGAbit Compensation Plan.

Participation in any program component—such as the Patriot Bonus Pool or Matching Bonus—is optional and does not entitle you to any form of passive income or equity.


5. Bonus Structures & Distributions

Bonuses and commissions may include, but are not limited to:

  • Fast Start Bonuses – For qualifying new enrollments
  • Binary Volume Commissions – Based on personal and team volume
  • Matching Bonuses – Based on referral performance
  • Loyalty Bonuses – For Patriot Product participants (if qualified)
  • Promotional Bonuses – As made available from time to time

Each program is governed by specific eligibility rules. MAGAbit reserves the right to adjust or discontinue any bonus structure at its discretion.

6. Tax Responsibilities

Participants are solely responsible for understanding and fulfilling any tax obligations associated with income earned through MAGAbit, including reporting to the IRS or other tax authorities.


7. Regulatory Compliance

MAGAbit complies with applicable U.S. laws and strives to ensure its compensation program avoids classification as an investment scheme or unlicensed financial offering.

Participants are prohibited from making unapproved income claims, misleading promotional statements, or false representations about MAGAbit’s earnings potential. Doing so may result in account suspension or termination.
