Promoter Compliance Guide

Purpose of This Guide

For Affiliates, Referrers, and Independent Bitcoin Owners

This guide is designed to help MAGAbit affiliates and promoters communicate clearly, legally, and responsibly when discussing the MAGAbit platform. Adhering to these guidelines protects both MAGAbit and you from legal risk, misleading advertising claims, or violations of federal and state regulations.

IMPORTANT: Violations of this guide may result in suspension or termination of your MAGAbit account and forfeiture of rewards.

1. DO NOT Make Income Claims

Avoid statements like:
- “Earn $1,000 a week with MAGAbit”
- “Guaranteed passive income”
- “Double your BTC monthly”
- “This is your ticket to financial freedom”
Instead, say:
- “Rewards are based on personal and team activity”
- “Your results may vary based on your effort”
- “This is a performance-based participation model.”

Note: Even if a claim is true for you, it cannot be used in promotions unless approved in writing by MAGAbit.

2. DO NOT Call MAGAbit an Investment

MAGAbit is not an investment platform, hedge fund, or trading service.
Never describe it as a place to “invest” or “profit from mining returns.”

Always describe MAGAbit as a performance-based rewards system connected to U.S.-based mining infrastructure.

3. DO NOT Mention Trump or Any Political Endorsement

MAGAbit is not endorsed by Donald J. Trump, his campaign, or any political organization.
Avoid using political statements or implying affiliation with MAGA-related campaigns.

Branding references are thematic only and must be used respectfully and without implying endorsement.

4. Always Use Approved Terms

Use: “Patriot Loyalty Bonus Pool” (✅)
Avoid: “Revenue Share” or “Profit Split” (❌)
Use: “Activity-based rewards” (✅
Avoid: “Guaranteed income” or “Return on Investment” (❌)

5. Respect Platform Rules

Do not modify or misrepresent the Compensation Plan.
Do not offer incentives outside of MAGAbit’s official structure.
Do not register domains or social pages with “MAGAbit” or “MAGA” without written approval.

6. Disclaimers Required in Promotions

All social media posts, landing pages, and presentations must include the following disclaimer:

“MAGAbit is a performance-based platform. Results vary and are not guaranteed. MAGAbit is not an investment or financial service. All rewards are based on individual participation and compliance with MAGAbit Terms.”
