Patriot Pool Terms & Conditions

These Patriot Pool Terms & Conditions (“Patriot Terms”) govern your participation in the Patriot Loyalty Bonus Pool (the “Pool”), an optional reward component of the MAGAbit platform. By purchasing the Patriot Product or accepting shares in the Pool, you agree to be bound by these terms in addition to the general MAGAbit Terms & Conditions.
1.Nature of the Pool
The Patriot Loyalty Bonus Pool is a non-investment, performance-based incentive program. It is designed to reward qualifying MAGAbit participants based on their activity and engagement. The Pool is not a financial product, investment vehicle, or revenue-sharing mechanism.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Pool:
- You must be an active MAGAbit member in good standing.
- You must purchase a Patriot Product at the current rate (e.g., $1,000 USD).
- Each Patriot Product grants 2 shares in the monthly bonus pool.
- You earn 1 additional share for each direct referral who also purchases a Patriot Product and remains active.
There is no cap on the number of Patriot Products you may purchase. Each eligible product contributes to your share count in the pool for that month.
3. Pool Funding & Distribution
The Patriot Pool is funded from MAGAbit’s operational reserves, which may include:
- Unallocated or expired promotional bonuses
- Marketing reserve funds
- Excess platform credits
- Other non-earmarked operational surpluses
At the end of each calendar month, the total pool is divided by the total number of eligible shares, and rewards are distributed accordingly. All payouts are made in either Bitcoin or fiat, at MAGAbit’s discretion and via the payment method on file.
MAGAbit does not guarantee the size, consistency, or existence of the pool in any given month.
4. Non-Investment Disclosure
Participation in the Patriot Pool does not entitle you to equity, ownership, or profit-sharing in MAGAbit or its affiliates. The Pool is not an interest-bearing account, security, or financial return.
All contributions and purchases are final and represent access to platform privileges, not capital investments or deposits.
5. No Guarantees
The amount and availability of any monthly bonus distribution are entirely at MAGAbit’s discretion. MAGAbit reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the Pool program at any time, with or without notice.
6. Disqualification & Forfeiture
MAGAbit reserves the right to revoke pool eligibility and shares if a participant:
- Fails to maintain an active membership
- Engages in chargebacks, fraud, or system abuse
- Violates MAGAbit’s general Terms or Compensation Plan
- Misrepresents the nature of the Pool to others
Forfeited shares are removed from the share count for the relevant month.
7. Taxes
Any bonus or distribution received from the Pool may be subject to tax reporting and obligations. You are solely responsible for complying with tax laws in your jurisdiction.
8. Modifications
MAGAbit may amend these Patriot Terms at any time. All changes will be posted online and take effect immediately upon publication. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
