General Terms & Conditions

Welcome to MAGAbit. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MAGAbit platform, products, and services. By enrolling in MAGAbit, purchasing a membership, or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.


1. Platform Overview

MAGAbit is a participation-based Bitcoin rewards platform. Members (“Independent Bitcoin Owners”) may earn activity-based BTC or fiat commissions through the MAGAbit compensation model and may access optional, non-guaranteed bonus pools. MAGAbit does not offer investments, securities, financial advice, or guaranteed returns.


2. Eligibility

To participate in MAGAbit, you must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. MAGAbit reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.


3. Products & Services

Participation may include the following access-based services:

  • One-time Enrollment Fee: $399 USD

  • Recurring Monthly Membership Fee: $47 USD/month

  • Optional Patriot Product: $1,000 USD (Grants participation shares in the Patriot Loyalty Bonus Pool

These services provide access to MAGAbit’s platform and rewards structure. They do not represent the sale of any tangible goods, tokens, or investments.


4. Payouts

Bitcoin (BTC) distributions are calculated based on user activity and available mining output, subject to MAGAbit’s compensation model.

Fiat-based commissions (where applicable) may be issued through approved third-party payment channels.

All BTC payouts are made to the crypto wallet address you provide. MAGAbit does not offer wallet services or hold user funds. You are solely responsible for the security and accuracy of your wallet information.


5. Refund Policy

MAGAbit’s full refund policy is available at (Refund & Billing Policy) and summarized as follows:

  • Enrollment Fees and Patriot Product purchases are non-refundable once access is granted.

  • Monthly Membership Fees are non-refundable after the billing cycle begins.

  • Duplicate charges or verified technical issues may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of occurrence.

  • Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of earned rewards or commissions.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

MAGAbit may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Filing a chargeback

  • Providing false or misleading information

  • Engaging in fraudulent or unethical activity

  • Violating MAGAbit’s Terms, Compensation Plan, or applicable laws

Suspended accounts may forfeit earned commissions or rewards at MAGAbit’s sole discretion.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, trade names, logos, compensation structures, website materials, and platform features are the exclusive property of MAGAbit. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited without written permission.


8. No Financial Advice

The MAGAbit platform is for participation and rewards only. Nothing on the site or in the platform materials constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult with a licensed advisor for any personal advice needs.


9. Tax Obligations

You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations related to your MAGAbit participation or earnings in accordance with your local laws and regulations.


10. Modifications

MAGAbit may modify these Terms, platform features, pricing, or policies at any time. All updates will be posted on the website. Continued participation after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We do not hold or manage user funds—participants must provide their own trusted crypto wallet to receive Bitcoin payouts. All rewards are based on actual Bitcoin mining operations and individual participation as outlined in our compensation plan.
